HOW TO MAKE CRAB RANGOON
Crab Rangoon is a crispy and creamy snack that is very easy to make. It has a soft filling inside that is made from crab sticks and cream cheese, wrapped in gyoza skin. This snack is enjoyable for everyone. Why do I want to make this food? Because it's delicious, simple and easy to make.
To make Crab Rangoon, you need cream cheese or you can use spread cheese, crab meat or imitation crab (I prefer imitation crab because it is cheaper), then you also need green onions, condensed milk and mayonnaise. Mixed these ingredients together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Then take a small spoon of the mixture and place it in the center of a gyoza skin, use water around the gyoza skin so that it sticks perfectly. Next, fold the wrapper carefully.
After that, heat some oil in a pan, then fry the Crab Rangoon that we wrapped over low heat until golden brown. Be sure not to fry them too long so they do not burn.
Once done, place them on a food grade tissue to remove excess oil. Crab Rangoon is best served warm with sweety chili sauce for dipping, but sometimes I use ketchup instead.
This can be stored in freezer for 1 month, but if you store in the refrigerator, it will only last for 1-2 days. I recommend you to put it in the freezer so it will last longer and you can eat it anytime you want.
So making Crab Rangoon is simple and easy, it is also perfect for midnight snack. (SY)
