How to Make Soya Milk

The purpose of this topic is to tell everyone who wants to make soya milk, so they can know how to make soya milk based on my experience. Soya milk is a drink that is made from soya bean. It is delicious and refreshing.

The first thing that you have to do is prepare the tools that you need such as a blender, spoon, a big bowl or a pot, a strain, cheesecloth, ladle, glass, 2 pandan leaves, and sugar. Step one is to soak the soya bean for 5 to 6 hours to make sure the skin of soya can peel off easily because we don't want any skin of soya bean. 

Secondly, after you soak the soya bean. Wash it 4 until 5 times to make sure the skin is peeled off. After that, blend one scoop of soy bean and add about 300ml of water.

Thirdly, strain the soy bean that you have blended with cheesecloth and squeeze it until all the juices come out. Repeat it, blend it with the previously soyabean dregs and add about 200ml of water, squeeze until all the juices come out.

Fourth, repeat the third step until finished. After finishing the blending steps, next step is to boil all the soya milk, add the pandan leaves to make it fragrant, and add sugar. The measure of the sugar depends on you waiting until it’s boiling. After you boil it, let it cool so you can put it in the refrigerator. So the soya milk can last longer.
