Crevolene Vs Creatine Matrix
By: Han
In life, there are many sources of creatine, such as red meat, pork, and fish, especially salmon and tuna. According to ALODOKTER, humans need 3-5 grams of creatine each day, but this is difficult to obtain from real food. Some of my friends asked me, “500 grams of beef only contains 2,5 grams of creatine. How do you maximize your creatine needs?” So I told them that I was using creatine supplements from the brands Evolene and Provus. You might be wondering what the differences. That's why I want to share my experience consuming creatine for 4 months.

First of all, we will talk about the benefits. Consuming Evolene’s creatine (Crevolene) gives me more power, like drastically. The muscles also look bigger. For example, when I was measuring my arms before consuming Evolene's creatine, it was 13,1 inches and after…, it was 14,4 inches. The difference is quite big. Recovery also felt faster and better.
Compared with Provus’s creatine (Matrix), it gives me strength slightly and muscle mass. Recovery rate also felt slower compared to Evolene's. One example of this is, when I was measuring my arms at, it was 13.1 inches, and afterward it went up to 14.1 inches. The difference slightly similar compared to Evolene's.
So now you know the benefits of both brands. How about the price? Does it worth buying? Crevolene (30 servings) is certainly more expensive with a price of around Rp 200.000,00 but very high in quality. Matrix (60 servings) has a slightly less quality but the price is more affordable at Rp 140.000,00. In my opinion, it's more worth buying the Matrix.
So, if you're still confused which creatine to buy, you can buy both of them. Both offer nearly the same benefits and results, and there's not much difference. In the end, it depends on your body's need and budget. Evolene’s creatine (Crevolene) has better quality but is a bit expensive compared to Provus. Don't worry about the side effects you saw in your social media. It's important to know that creatine is one of the most studied nutritional supplements, with research showing no side effects and safe for long term consumption.
