Overcome Negative Emotions, Start Moving Now!

Recently, conflicts between individual and group have become increasingly common. These incidents are influenced by a person’s emotional imbalance and the way responds to events their lives. Reported by Halodoc, the process of the emergence of negative emotions through changes in thinking and behavior, that’s why emotions play a very important role for humans. I myself feel that negative emotions disrupts myself. For example, when I’m angry it will make chaos. Which is certainly very disturbing and must be handled in the right way.

Like a pile of trash inside the house, it will certainly cause an unpleasant smell and disturb everyone in the house. Similarly, negative emotions that are not channeled into useful activities will certainly disturb oneself and those around them. Based on my experience, exercise can be used to channel the emotions within us. I usually start with light activities and then move on to intense activities like walking around the neighborhood every morning before starting activities. This activities can reduced my stress and improve blood circulation in myself. If possible, i usually go to the gym.

Personally, I experienced that if we carry out all our daily activities while nesting emotions within ourselves. It will certainly be very disruptive, causing us to lose the motivation to do anything. Negative emotions can be overcome by engaging in regular exercise. I have noticed a change within myself, where I initially lost the desire to do anything due to external pressure and demands, but now, I feel calm through exercise.
