HOW USEFUL JAVANESE GINGER AND TURMERIC FOR OURSELVES
First of all, I have an experience which is very meaningful for me. Back when I was about 14 years old, I had a problem which was that gaining weight was very difficult. I tried various methods with my parents to increase my weight, which was far from ideal. However, everything changed after I learned about turmeric and javanese ginger, which my parents used as an herbal drink. This herbal drink was very helpful in gaining weight because the ingredients in turmeric and Jjavanese ginger helped increase my appetite. I gained about 20kg in a year by regularly drinking it twice in a week for six months.
