HOW TO MAKE JAPANESE CURRY

Japanese curry is one of Japan's favorite foods. Japanese curry is special because the curry sauce is thick and rich, and it tastes different from Indonesian curry. Japanese curry is a major comfort food for many Japanese.

The first time I tried Japanese curry, I was excited and surprised because it tasted so good. It is served with warm rice on a big plate, and the smell of curry is very tempting. When I take my first bite, the flavor is new but very comforting, and I quickly understand why it is famous in Japan.

The taste of Japanese curry is not very spicy. Instead, it is sweet, a little salty, and creamy. The thick sauce wraps around the rice and meat perfectly, making every bite taste rich and very comforting.

To cook Japanese curry, first fry some onions in a pan until they smell good and the color turns golden brown. Then add carrots, potatoes, and any kind of meat. After that, pour in the water and let everything cook until the vegetables and the meat become soft. For the last step, put in two blocks of curry roux into the pot. Stir until the curry roux melts and the sauce becomes thick.

Now it is ready to serve with warm rice, and it is a great dish to share with friends and family on a cold day or when you just want to make a simple dish. (Shyiii)
