HOW TO MAKE CIMOL

So my article is about how to make cimol. For those who are not familiar with cimol, it is a snack made of tapioca flour, originally from Indonesia and popularized in the city of Bandung. This snack is enjoyed by people of all ages. I will share the recipe and tricks for making delicious cimol that is safe and won’t explode!
For the first step you must prepare the ingredients, like tapioca flour, salt, pepper, garlic, and hot water. You can also put green onion, but the green onion is optional, and the secret seasoning is wheat flour. So you can put in the wheat flour to make it crispy. Second step, you can mix all the ingredients, and then mix the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. After that, shape the dough into small balls like marbles.
After finishing the dough, we will move to the frying stage. But before that, put the cimol in cold cooking oil, a trick to prevent the cimol from exploding. Then, you can turn on the stove, fry until the cimol puffs up and turns yellowish white. Lift and drain the cimol, then sprinkle them with seasoning.
