How to Get Fit by Training and Eating Healthy

I start with simple training because, to increase fitness I don’t need to use machine or start at the gyms. Training at home is the simplest option for everyone who wanted to achieve thier body goals. But, you need to ensure from the beginning to get fit. I've been training since I was sixteen years old. The reason why I did training because there are lot of benefits that you could get, when you train. Therefore, I would like to share some tips on how to stay fit.

So the exercises consist of push-up, pull-up, sit-up and dumbbell curl. I don't recommend you to run if you want to be healthy but, your weight is below normal. Ideal body weight varies based on height, age, and gender. So, running is not the right option if you want to gain weight. The reps is between 8 -14 repetition then make sure to control your movement. Push up, pull up, sit-up is lifting your body as a weight, so 3 sets of each exercise. And the last exercise is dumbbell curl, when you’re doing dumbbell curl many people like swinging thier dumbbell rather than maximizing the rage of motion.

Food is also an important part of building muscle and staying fit. Eggs and seeds are high in protein to substitute meat, so you don't have to spend a lot of money to get maximum results. Reduce sugary drinks such as bottled drinks. You have avoid food that contain a lot of oil. Stay hydrated by drinking enough water.
