BASIC MEATBALL VS MALANG MEATBALL

So I'm going to talk about meatballs. Why? Because I like eating it so much, one of them is Malang meatball. According to me, meatballs taste so good when it's raining. When I eat meatballs it feels like heaven.

Back to the first topic, so I will tell you the differences between Malang meatballs and basic meatball according to my point of view. The first difference is about the serving. We can see that the serving of Malang meatball is always without veggie and there is stuffed pangsit, siomay and you can always taste the tendon in the bigger meatballs. But until now I have never tried Malang meatballs with egg filling. While, basic meatballs usually when we order, and there are veggies like sprouts, mustard, and there are tendon meatballs and egg filling meatballs, also small meatballs too, the noodles can use kwetiau or "mie kuning" [ Basically noodles made of eggs ] or even instant noodles.

Then in terms of taste, they are also different, Malang meatballs and their broth do not have much of a broth taste, unlike ordinary meatballs. Ordinary meatballs have more broth and the meatballs also have a lot more meat compared to flour.

So it can be concluded that I am a person who loves meatballs. Even now I still like eating meatballs. Oh yes, I also have a recommendation for a place that provides delicious meatballs in my opinion.
