HOW TO TAKE CARE OF A HAMSTER PROPERLY

Taking care of hamsters is one of the activities that is not as easy as it seems. Many people say that because they are just small animals so the treatment is also simple, just give them a small cage and the food. Actually, even though their size is small they still need proper care. Based on my experience, taking care of hamsters teaches me how to be patient and be responsible, because they’re sensitive animals. I have to clean their cage routinely and change the food and drink everyday.

Recently, hamsters are often known as “silly-dead animal”, it’s because some owners who had them said their hamsters are dead because of simple things, such as being eaten by bigger animals, getting stressed in the cage too long, trapped under an object, etc. ActuallyIn fact, it is the owner’s fault, because they don’t pay attention to their hamster.

Hamsters just need more proper care so they’re healthy and happy. They need a cage that is large enough to move around freely, a balanced food like seedmix, protein, and vitamin. Also some stuff, like wheels, tunnels, and chew toys. And you can give your hamster a free-room, which meansit means take your hamster out of the cage for a few hours. In addition, if you have more than one hamster, you can’t combine them together. It can make them fight with each other.

So, that’s all about how to take care of hamsters properly, it’s written based on my experience. (LVY)
