Ayam geprek is smashed chicken mixed with sambal. This food is very popular with many people because it tastes delicious, crispy fried chicken mixed with sambal and eaten with rice is the perfect combination. This is Indonesian favourite fried chicken.

Ayam geprek is very easy to find because this food is sold everywhere. Ayam geprek is usually sold in canteens, roadside food stalls and restaurants. The price of this food is very cheap and affordable. For the usual price, ayam geprek with rice sold at prices between ten thousand rupiah until twenty thousand rupiah. So, this food is the best choice for many people, especially for students. 

For the process of making ayam geprek, the first thing is to flour the chicken and then fry it until cooked. Then to make the sambal, first grind the chilies and garlic, then add salt and sugar, and add a little hot oil. The chicken that was fried earlier is smashed until it is crushed and then mixed with the sambal that has been made. After all the process, ayam geprek is finally ready.
